CHEESE STAND

CHEESE STAND was established in June 2012 in Shibuya, Tokyo, with the idea to make really freshly made cheese accessible to people in the city without having to visit farms or producers in the country side.
The CHEESE STAND makes fresh, delicious cheese at the shop every day with all natural ingredients from a milk farm in the Tama area.
 
Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo, uses fresh Burrata cheese from CHEESE STAND for the Burrata Cheese dish on the menu at Tapas by Piacere and for our house-made Lasagna at Piacere Restaurant.
